ROLE

At RTS, we understand that the key to success is a strong foundation. Our Quote Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate records of customer quotes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. He or she will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records of customer quotes, as well as following up with customers. This position will require regular interaction with cross functional teams, so the ability to work well in a team environment is a must.

Responsibilities

+ Review customer specifications and requirements to generate accurate quotes

+ Utilize cost models and historical data to assist in developing pricing strategies

+ Prepare and present quotes to customers, providing clear and concise explanations of pricing

+ Manage the quote process from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines are met

+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services offered, and pricing

+ Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

+ Update and maintain quote records in company database

+ Generate reports on quote activity as requested by your manager

+ Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

+ Adhere to all company policies and procedures

+ Provide exceptional customer service at all time

Education and Experience

+ 3+ years experience in an admin or support role or higher

+ Associates Degree or higher a plus

+ 5 years experience can be used in lieu of a Degree

+ Thorough knowledge of MS Office products

+ Technical aptitude preferred

Compensation

+ The base pay range for this position is Min $50,000 - Max $60,000

+ The pay range shown is based on the job posting's primary location. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
