Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d) for Direct Placement, Wheaton, MD

As part of its expansion, we are looking for an Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d) for direct placement at the location in the Wheaton, MD region.


Your responsibilities:


  • Processing and handling of orders
  • Point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders and deliveries
  • Handling of complaints and customer support
  • Coordination with internal departments and external suppliers
  • Invoicing and invoice verification

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • First professional experience in a similar position
  • Technical affinity
  • Organizational skills and structured way of working
  • High customer and service orientation
