We are looking for a


Grant Management Employee (m/f/d):

- starting immediately
- full-time (39.4 hours per week)
- permanent

Our finance department team consists of a manager, deputy manager, and currently 15 employees.

We are seeking a team player who shares our passion for democratic thinking and action, as well as our mindful approach to people, things, and the environment.

We are looking for someone who thinks ahead and wants to work with us on financial challenges, budget responsibilities, and digital solutions.

Your responsibilities:


  • Management and administration of grant projects (EU/country/public and private grants)
  • Reporting and monitoring of grant funds, including budget tracking and compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Correspondence with grant providers
  • Bookkeeping for grant funds (processing invoices, personnel bookings)
