Your responsibilities:


  • You will provide expert advice to our customers regarding our product range, develop product solutions, and offer alternatives while considering legal requirements, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • You will create and calculate quotes and negotiate terms with our customers, taking into account pricing guidelines. You will also check for plausibility, such as delivery dates, prices, and availability.
  • You will professionally handle customer orders and inquiries, both over the phone and through our ordering platform. You will actively support our customers by recommending alternative and additional products.
  • You will regularly exchange information with your colleagues in the inside and outside sales teams about customer developments and other customerrelated
