You can expect frequent contact with both national and international customers and colleagues as a Rose Bud.

You will acquire technical, commercial, methodological, linguistic, social, and intercultural skills to later recruit potential new customers and convince them of the company's performance.

In addition, you will learn how to interact with customers, identify problems, and develop and offer solutions accordingly.

What to expect:


6-semester practical study program in cooperation with DHBW-Mosbach (Campus Bad Mergentheim), with theory and practical phases alternating every three months.

Introduction days (getting to know the company, joint apprentice event)

Your own, modernly equipped workplace

Integration into work processes and independent assumption (or in a team) of first responsible tasks and projects

Training plans to convey the training content

Rotation through different processes to get to know the various departments. You can apply your theoretical knowledge.

Intensive support from your mentor

Regular apprentice information sessions

Health management:
offers such as running courses, back training, free drinking water, etc.

Optional semester abroad


Subsequent further training measures:
Master's degree
