- B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering-Master's Degree strongly preferred
- Active P.E. License.
- Must have prior or current Accident Reconstruction/Forensic Experience
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of Engineering experience, with strong client interaction accountabilities.
- Experience testifying in a court as an expert witness on project cases is preferred
- Excellent Interpersonal skills (oral and written), and ability to foster strong relationships with teammates and clients.
- Available to travel regionally.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
- Positive attitude full of commitment and a desire to contribute.
- Experience with project management and a passion for teaching/mentoring clients and colleagues.
- An interest and/or experience in motor vehicles and automotive engineering.
- Experienced in utilizing 3D Scanners, drones, and photography is desired.

Our client is actively seeking an experienced and energetic Regional Project Manager who holds a Master's or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (P.E.). This opportunity involves regional travel. The candidate must enjoy working in a high energy environment and being in the field.
The Regional Manager will be responsible for the strategic direction of the region, including new client growth, staff acquisition and development, meeting and exceeding financial goals, ensuring all their clients receive white glove service, and ensuring the regional office work products and reputation remains best in class.
