The responsibilities of the building management department include, among others, maintaining the role of the client, commissioning and managing external planning offices and service providers, ensuring compliance with operator obligations, and optimizing the management of buildings throughout their life cycle.

In doing so, the building management department makes a significant contribution to the city's architectural culture.

We are currently seeking a PROJECT MANAGER, PROJECT CONTROLLER, OR ARCHITECT (M/F/D) to join our building management team as soon as possible.
