Get excited for:

  • A professional and organizational deputy station management of the nursing team in close cooperation with the station management

  • Independent care, support, and monitoring of intensive care patients within the nursing and therapy process
  • Planning, preparation, and followup of therapeutic and diagnostic measures in an interdisciplinary team, as well as performing and assisting with them

What we are looking for:

  • Completed training as a nursing professional or health and nursing care professional (m/f/d)
  • Completed specialized training is desirable, but not mandatory
  • Several years of professional experience in intensive care nursing and experience in a leadership role is desirable
  • High social competence, processoriented thinking, and teamwork skills
  • Empathetic and understanding approach towards patients and their families
  • Good computer skills (especially MS Office and SAP)
