The Youth Education Center is one of the largest independent educational institutions for children, adolescents, and families in Freiburg.

Our goal is to inspire young people with our ideas and offerings, providing them with challenges, support, and personal guidance.

Our greatest strength lies in the diversity of our content and methods. To achieve our goals, we work closely with various schools in Freiburg.

For our work in the all-day program at Wentzinger Gymnasium, we are looking for a dedicated

All-Day Employee (m/f/d) (70%)


Starting date:
September 1st, 2023


Your responsibilities:
You will organize and coordinate the all-day care as part of a team of five.
Your main focus will be on the course offerings (movement, games, sports, creative activities, etc.).
You will be responsible for budget planning and calculation, as well as invoicing for freelance staff.
You will acquire, support, and qualify course instructors and serve as a contact person for all all-day students.


Your profile:
You have a (social) pedagogical education.

You are enthusiastic, work in a structured manner, are flexible, independent, communicative, and enjoy actively contributing to an equal team.

You have experience working with children and adolescents, in conceptual work, and have an awareness of discrimination and structural inequalities.

You are interested in the development of pedagogical concepts.
Ideally, you have some experience in supervising staff (freelancers).
