Our team in South Haven, MI is looking for a working student (M/F/d) to join us.

We are seeking someone who enjoys communication, organization, and variety, and who is eager to take initiative and actively contribute to our team.

Your tasks will include:

  • Responding to electronic and sometimes official mail
  • Making phone calls to guests, suppliers, and property managers
  • Organizing transportation, services, trips, booking changes, etc.
  • Delegating tasks to internal and external service providers
  • Creating invoices
  • Procuring materials
  • Assisting with basic accounting tasks
  • Supporting the planning of new projects

You should:

  • Be willing to go the extra mile and take on responsibility
  • Enjoy working and communicating with people in both spoken and written German and English
  • Be wellorganized and solutionoriented
  • Have a good internet connection
  • Ideally, have a driver's license
  • Ideally, be studying law, media, real estate, business administration, or a related field
