Duties:


  • Manage directed fiscal resources for OCSA agencies to include contracting, civilian pay, travel, supplies, and equipment.
  • Assist in managing OCSA Manpower issues including submission of concept plans, command plans, and TDA updates.
  • Develop and maintain effective financial management controls, systems and procedures for safeguarding and achieving optimum and efficient use of OCSA and Army funds.
  • Review and analyze fiscal guidance.
  • Receive final annual spending plan and distributes fiscal resources to appropriate subordinate elements through resource management databases.
  • Responsible for the formulation, defense, execution and management of personnel and equipment resourcing requirements in the Table of Distribution and Allowances.
  • Site coordinator and budget analyst overseeing the setup implementation and sustaining of the Defense Travel System (DTS) for all agencies under the Office of the Chief of Staff, Army (OCSA).
