    RemX is proud to represent nationwide Logistics organization in Hialeah Gardens seeking for a Bilingual Logistics Customer Service Representative. "Fast pace environment" Position is NOT remote.

    Logistics Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

    • Ensure delivery on promise of outstanding service.
    • Work side by side with warehouse contacting customers to confirm/reschedule deliveries
    • High volume data entry of delivery receipts.
    • To succeed in this role, you'll need to be extraordinary at multitasking and delivering solutions that move multiple projects forward toward completion.
    • Assist with customer questions/concerns on daily freight
    • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
    • Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
    • Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues
    • Monitor progress of delivery routes
    • Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
    • Bilingual English/Spanish

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
