You are a host and bartender, representing FELIX your main focus is on providing excellent service to guests
You ensure the necessary miseenplace is prepared
You have a good knowledge of the food and drink menu, as well as daily specials and current promotions
You are also familiar with the bar and enjoy shaking, stirring, and mixing drinks
You provide professional food and beverage service
You handle booking and billing procedures
You handle complaints quickly and with a guestoriented approach
You maintain cleanliness and order in the entire restaurant area
