    Position Description:

    The Center for Predictive Medicine (CPM) is seeking a Department Coordinator III to team with the administrative and financial staff on HSC Campus. The Department Coordinator III will provide administrative support for members of the Center under the direction of the Director of CPM Business Administration. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter with the ability to seek out information and solve problems.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Assist with preparation of administrative reports, departmental forms, and documents.
    • Greet visitors and assist with event coordination, travel reservations and review of travel reimbursements.
    • Assist with ProCard and account reconciliations, payroll change requests, requisitions, journal vouchers, and payment requests.
    • Initiate and monitor job postings and other HR related processes.
    • Assist with grant proposal submissions and post-award grant management.
    • Other related duties as assigned.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Knowledge of MicroSoft Office products, Workday, PeopleSoft Financials.
    • Knowledge of UofL policies and procedures.
    Target Compensation Maximum:
    $27.85
    Target Compensation Minimum:
    $18.56
    Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
