    Position Description:


    The University of Louisville Speed School of Engineering is seeking candidates for an opening as a Department Coordinator III for the Additive Manufacturing Institute of Science and Technology (AMIST) and Vogt Building.

    Duties for this position include providing administrative support and acting as unit business manager in charge of purchasing, invoicing, and monthly budget reconciliations for the AMIST center.

    Additional duties include serving as lead contact point for scheduling Vogt Building activities and coordinating maintenance needs with Physical Plant personnel, and project data tracking for annual AMIST center reports.

    Experience or familiarity with 3D printing technologies, and the ability to make occasional website and social media updates are beneficial.

    This position is on campus working with other AMIST staff and researchers in-person with limited remote work options.
