For our location in Munich, we are looking for a

Chinese-speaking trainee patent attorney assistant (m/f/d)

starting in the 2024/2025 training year; beginning

Your tasks
  • You can expect an interesting and diverse job with connections to law, foreign languages, and technology
  • Correspondence with clients, authorities, and correspondent attorneys in German, English, and Chinese
  • Preparation of documents for applications for protection rights, creation of formal documents, file processing, monitoring of deadlines, etc.
  • You support patent attorneys and patent attorney assistants in all areas of industrial property protection
Your profile
  • Excellent Chinese language skills (level C1/C2)
  • Very good German language skills (at least level B2)
  • Solid English language skills (at least level B1)
  • High school diploma, technical diploma, very good intermediate school leaving
