    SariDLM Inc (also known as Team Sari) is a coaching and consulting firm that works with civil plaintiff and criminal defense trial lawyers. Through mindset training, content development, presentation skills training and group dynamics work, Sari and her team help trial lawyers get justice for their clients, hold bad actors responsible, and live the life of their dreams.

    Overview:

    The Client Experience Manager will manage the seamless execution of all flagship programs and enhance the client experience at SariDLM Inc. This role involves thorough familiarity with the company's program offerings, providing client support, responding to program-related inquiries, and maintaining program schedules effectively.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    The Client Experience Manager responsibilities include:

    Flagship Program Management:

    Manage and oversee all flagship programs by:

    • Attending and facilitating all virtual and in-person training.
    • Tracking member attendance to calls, virtual trainings and webinars.
    • Creating strategies for client engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
    • Managing all program calendars.
    • Complete new member orientation.

    Client Interaction & Support:

    • Offer guidance to clients over the phone, directing them to appropriate resources or next steps.
    • Address client concerns and provide solutions to issues or complaints.
    • Guide members through website features, program access, and member connections.

    Event Support:

    • Scout and book locations for in-person training.
    • Oversee the flow and design of hospitality for in-person trainings.
    • Coordinate with the Executive Assistant and other team members to ensure successful events.
    • Attend and provide support at all in-person events (currently 8 per year).

    Speaking Events:

    • Manage CEO's speaking engagements from intake to follow up.
    • Travel to speaking events with CEO to provide assistance as needed.

    Support for Marketing Initiatives:

    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to relay client insights and needs.
    • Provide feedback from clients to Marketing, suggesting adjustments to strategies if needed.
    • Offer assistance with program-related marketing projects on an as-needed basis.
    • Create engagement metrics.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
    • Proven experience as a Client Experience Manager or similar client-facing role.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
    • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
    • Familiarity with Slack, Acuity, Kajabi and/or similar programs.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Experience working remotely.
    • Ability to respond effectively to urgent situations and adapt to changing environments.
    • Good interpersonal skills for interacting with staff, clients, and executives.
    • Familiarity with basic office management procedures.
    • A proactive approach to task and initiative management.
    • Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor.
    • Must be resourceful and a self-starter.

    Conditions of Employment

    ● Must be legally entitled to work in the United States

    ● Must have a valid driver's license and reliable mode of transportation.

    Compensation

    $80,000 annual salary

    Work Location: This position involves working at the CEO's residence 2-3 days per week, with the flexibility of remote work for the remaining days. Travel is required throughout the year, on average 6 - 8 times per year.
