YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


As an Agile Coach at PAYBACK, you will be responsible for helping teams maximize value for both internal and external customers, ensuring that requirements are met, and increasing efficiency and productivity.

This involves following and teaching agile principles and values, as well as:


  • Implementing various agile methods based on team needs
  • Engaging and coaching all relevant individuals involved in product delivery and management
  • Cultivating an organizational culture that embraces a dynamic atmosphere and a "fail fast" learning mentality
  • Facilitating workshops and ceremonies
  • Identifying and addressing impediments as they arise

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR


We are seeking someone with at least 3 years of experience who is eager to bring their expertise to our international team.
