Then you've come to the right place We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Associate (m/f/d) to support us in taking care of our clients.
The company was founded in early 2021 and already counts DAX companies, top consulting firms, and leading scale-ups among its clients.
ResponsibilitiesFrom day one, you will have a lot of responsibility and your own areas of work. You will work directly with our Head of Customer Success and the two founders.
Your tasks may include, but are not limited to:
- You will take care of and advise our coachees via email and phone
- You will support the onboarding of new clients to our coaching platform
- You will gather feedback from coachees and ensure customer satisfaction through 1:1 conversations
- You will assist with scheduling and coordination between coaches and coachees
- You will be in close communication with the founders and support them with preparation and followup of presentations, pitches, and data analysis
- You are passionate about delighting customers and exceeding expectations
- You have excellent communication skills and a high level of empathy
- You have previous experience working with clients and enjoy taking on responsibility
