    ) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the construction of commercial infrastructure projects throughout the Sacramento / Northern California marketplace.


    This is an exceptional long-term employment opportunity within one of the regions leading development firms that is seeking a Senior Project Manager that can work on a few of the region's most notable projects and make a significant contribution to the firm leadership over time.


    The ideal individual would have 8+ years of construction project management experience, with at least 4 years of dedicated experience within commercial (office, retail, restaurant, mixed-use, medical and multi-family) development projects.

    Experienced in assessing construction schedules, developing scopes of work, budgets, processing change orders, RFI's, managing vendor relationships and overseeing construction and inspections for successful project deliverables is required.


    The Project Manager would be directing onsite construction for projects; responsible for all design/build project activities from rough grade through closeout.

    This would include managing single or multiple ongoing projects throughout the greater Sacramento marketplace.

    Candidates must have the capabilities to direct construction, formulate schedules, RFI's, submittals, procure materials, manage personnel, perform quality control and direct inspections for successful completion of commercial projects with average project scopes of from $5 to $50 million.

    Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration and/or related industry experience. Must have strong construction management, verbal and written communication abilities. MS Office suite and Project experience desired.
