Your responsibilities:

  • Processing offers and calculating precast projects as part of a team
  • Planning and managing projects until contract award and beyond
  • Participating in contract negotiations and handling price inquiries to subcontractors and suppliers
  • Creating performance specifications and maintaining calculation data

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in civil engineering or architecture or technical training
  • Ideally, some professional experience in calculating construction projects or managing construction projects
  • High level of technical understanding
  • Willingness to face the challenge of calculation as a long-term professional goal
  • Commitment, teamwork, and ability to work independently and meticulously should be a given
