Responsibilities:
Entering and posting incoming invoices in accordance with commercial, tax, and internal group guidelines in SAP for domestic and international companies Maintaining and reconciling creditor accounts and performing reconciliation activities on related general ledger accounts Preparing and executing payment runs in SAP Assisting with monthly and year-end closing activities and preparing annual financial statements Acting as the first point of contact for our national and international subsidiaries in clarifying issues and implementing training measures Participating in specialized projects and optimizing operational processes in the accounts payable department Profile: Successfully completed commercial training or equivalent qualification Several years of professional experience in accounts payable Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SAP R/3 (ideally with some experience in SAP S/4HANA)

Good written and spoken English skills Team player and strong communicator Independent and results-oriented work style with good analytical skills We offer:
