The Dispatcher assumes responsibility for all Ag Chem/Fertilizer orders from customers and the sales team and handles all shipments of incoming Ag Chem/Fertilizer.
This position is also responsible for managing Ag Chem/Fertilizer plant employees in the absence of the warehouse manager.Whatyour day may look likeReceives
Ag Chem/Fertilizer
orders from customers, the sales team and custom applicators.
Provides customer service regarding shipments, orders, etc.
Schedules Helena's trucks for shipment of
Ag Chem/Fertilizer
to customers.
Prepares scale tickets to ship fertilizer.
Prepares delivery tickets and blend tickets.
Assists the branch administrative assistant on collection documents, backing up computers and other clerical duties.
Other work-related duties as assigned by leader.
Reliable and regular attendance is expected.
Education and experience needed for this positionHigh school diploma or equivalent is required.
Two years of work experience in the agriculture field is required.
Must pass a drug test and background check.
Other skills that will help you succeedProficient with computer skills and spreadsheet software.
Interpersonal communication skills.
Math skills.

This position requires you to use your hands for many different tasks and to talk, hear, walk, stand and sit.
