Description
Job DetailsLevelEntryJob LocationGreenbelt, MDThe objective of the Case Manager Assistant is to ease the transition, empower the refugee, and put programs" participants on the path to self-sufficiency.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAssist Case Managers with the completion of all core services mandated through the Department of State Cooperative Agreement within allocated timeframes.
Provide extended case management and support services to clients enrolled in the Matching Grant programAssist in the collection of data for reports, such as MG-5s.
Complete all forms as required.Maintain accurate record of all services provided through detailed and complete case notes.
Make referrals as appropriate.
Work as part of the program team and participate in staff meetings and in-service trainings.
Other duties as assigned.
