Description
This is an AmeriCorps national service position. It is contingent on funding and open until filled. We are a community food pantry on Orcas Island in San Juan County, Washington. Our mission is to work with our community to prevent hunger. Many in our community struggle with the decision to pay bills or eat healthy food. Our work ensures that heathy food support is available. The member will serve with, lead, and train volunteers. They will focus on customer service and operational support. Bilingual Spanish/English speaking applicants are strongly encouraged to apply. We are an equal opportunity provider. These positions may have staggered starts in September and October.


Monthly stipend amount:
$3,56-
Program Benefits: Training, Stipend, Childcare assistance if eligible, Health Coverage, Education award upon successful completion of service,
