    Job Type Full-timeDescriptionGeneral Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing and sales teams in deploying marketing campaigns and programs to drive increased sales for King & Prince Seafood.

    This position collaborates across sales, R&D, category management and our marketing agency partner to complete effective customer-driven projects on-time and within budget.


    Note:
    This is hybrid role with 4 days/week in the Brunswick, GA, office.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinates K&P social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest) to drive customer and broker engagement.

    Manages the calendar, develops content, organizes photography, creates graphics and monitors reporting against goals. Stays current on the social media trends and channels within the food service industry.
    Manages the fulfillment center (Fish Tank) including shipping materials to sales agencies, maintaining inventory, and tracking spending vs. budget.

    Assists with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for day-to-day tasks; serves as a resource with sales and broker agencies.

    Contacts customers and follows-up with sales team to keep the selling cycle movingCreates presentations for the sales team to secure new business.

    Assists with executing the annual marketing calendar in collaboration with advertising agency to hit timelines within budget.
    Manages, develops, and produces POS materials and coupons.
    Assists with updating corporate website for new content to align with social media initiatives. Plans and produces email newsletters (Culinary Connection, Broker Brief and Seafood Master).Other duties as assigned Requirements

    • B.A./B.S. degree in Marketing or related business degree
    • 0-2 years related experience, food service industry preferred
    • Proficient with MS Excel Spreadsheet, MS Word, Power Point. Ability to learn InDesign.
    • Excellent organization, project management and follow-up skills
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
    • Passion for marketing, customers & seafood
    • Creativity and social media skills are essential
    • Strong communication and relationship building skillsSalary Description $45,000 - $55,000/year
