Description
Responsibilities:
Lead membership sales and lead generation with monthly goals.
Lead grassroots marketing (outside prospecting). Coordinate marketing events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, partners, and the local community
Oversee retail operations, merchandising and inventory while providing feedback as needed
Collaborate with marketing team to create in-studio content for social media and advertising campaigns.
Manage inventory, ensure studio is properly stocked, and handled merchandise display
Continuously monitor and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
Represent LYMBR in a professional and enthusiastic manner, fostering and maintaining positive relationships
Provide high-level customer service and exceptional hospitality to members, handling client issues and concerns in a positive and timely manner.
Attend networking and industry events to promote the studio and stay current on industry trends
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in sales and marketing with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field preferred
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Passion for wellness and alignment with LYMBR's culture and values
Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule that aligns with the LYMBR studio. Must be available to work weekends and some holidays
Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically
Welcomes new challenges and embraces the hustle of a start-up environment. Conveys a willingness to help LYMBR grow.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
Willing to be an active member of the studio community.
20-25 hours per week
