LHH is currently seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our client's team on a contract basis.

Job Title: Contracts Attorney (Interim)
Location: Remote in Seattle or Portland metro
Employment Type: Contract - Ongoing with fluctuating hours
Hours: 20 hours per week
Pay: $60-85/hr.

Responsibilities:

Manage contracts for firm clients, including start-ups and growth companies.
Handle various types of contracts, with a focus on SaaS agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, etc.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored contract solutions.
Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism in all client interactions.
Adapt to fluctuating workloads and prioritize tasks effectively based on project requirements.
Occasionally engage in client-facing communication via video or phone during typical 8-5 PST working hours.

Requirements:

Must be an Attorney barred in any US state.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in contracts management in an in-house capacity.
Strong proficiency in managing various types of contracts, particularly in the tech industry.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Details: $65.00 to $85.00 per hour
