    GPAC, a 30 years recruitment company, is partnering with a well-established in Seattle. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are passionate about the legal field and want to join a dynamic and reputable organization. The role is onsite 5 days a week.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, briefs, and contracts

    Organize and maintain case files, including indexing and cross-referencing documents

    Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases

    Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to obtain necessary information

    Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists

    Essential Job Functions:

    Draft and proofread legal documents with attention to detail and accuracy

    Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of the legal profession

    Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively

    Conduct efficient and effective legal research using various resources

    Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to provide comprehensive support

    Skills:

    Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field

    4-8 years of experience as a litigation paralegal

    Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation

    Proficiency in legal research tools and software

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    They offer a competitive salary in the range of $70,000-100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, their comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage. They provide a 401(k) plan with a 5% matching contribution, as well as 3 weeks of paid vacation and one week of sick leave per annum.
