    Description

    As a Litigation Attorney at Exoro Law, you will play a key role in representing our clients in intellectual property matters, class action lawsuits (defense) and complex commercial litigation matters. You will have the opportunity to engage in high-stakes legal battles, utilizing your expertise and strategic acumen to secure favorable outcomes for our clients. You will provide legal counsel to existing clients, conducting legal research, drafting motions and pleadings; consulting with clients and experts; drafting and responding to complex discovery; document review; and assisting with trial and deposition preparation; representing clients in court and depositions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Represent clients in intellectual property matters, class action lawsuits (defense) and complex commercial litigation matters.
    • Provide legal counsel, conduct legal research, draft motions and pleadings, and assist with trial and deposition preparation.
    • Engage in high-stakes legal battles and ensure favorable outcomes for clients.

    You must have a solid understanding of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Rules of Evidence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of arguing substantive motions in court, managing an independent caseload effectively, and working collaboratively within a team.

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Bar Admission in Florida.
    • 4+ years of experience in intellectual property litigation and commercial litigation law practice.
    • Substantial federal litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
    • Persuasive writing skills and effective verbal communication skills are crucial.
    • Familiarity with legal administrative tasks and case management software.
    • Ability to communicate complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues.
