Tasks, Competencies, and Responsibilities

As a store manager, you will be responsible for the entire store operation and customer satisfaction
You will lead, support, and motivate a team of approximately 100 employees
You will ensure an appealing appearance of the store and provide a positive shopping experience
To ensure optimal staffing of the store, you will organize personnel deployment and participate in the hiring of new employees
You will monitor the store's business metrics and implement strategic measures for longterm success

Professional Requirements

You have a completed degree or a comparable qualification
You have 35 years of leadership experience in retail, ideally in the food retail sector
You are available for 40 hours per week, work 5 days a
