District Sales Manager
(DSM). This is an exciting opportunity for
YOU
to be a valuable and indispensable asset in keeping workers safe.
This is a consultative selling role with a focus on innovation committed to building and retaining customers by cold calling, prospecting, following lead generations, and onsite meetings.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for sales and is driven and willing to put in some hard (and rewarding) work.
This is a home office-based position covering a 100 mile radius from Charleston, South East Ohio, and 1 hour into Kentucky (1/2 way to Lexington).
What We Offer:
Base salary + uncapped commissions with high earning potential

What you'll be doing:
Business development through cold calling and canvassing
Implementing sales programs with existing accounts
Developing proposals to generate new business
Reporting to regional office on sales progress
You will be in the field 5 days a week #IND1
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of successful selling and building client relationships experience, ideally within the industrial and Manufacturing industries
Ability to develop strategic client relationships
Ability to open new accounts
Someone who is not afraid to cold call
Someone who is competitive, likes to win
Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
