We are currently seeking a Group Leader (m/w/d) for our location in Wiesbaden.

Under the brand "Mewa Buy4Work" (MBW), we offer our customers highquality work safety articles for purchase, from safety gloves to head and respiratory protection and this is where you come in
We trust you with the professional and disciplinary leadership responsibility for the MBW work safety purchasing group, including the areas of import and major customers, as well as the team "Purchasing Brand Products & Process Management Catalog".
Your goal: efficient and marketoriented procurement of the supervised product group.
In your leadership role, you will be responsible for strategic purchasing, coordinating all tasks within the group (procurement/major customers/import orders), and ensuring intensive supplier management and regular supplier evaluations.
You will also be involved in price negotiations, support the sales team, and initiate process optimizations.
It goes without saying that you will lead, motivate, and develop your team members in an exemplary manner.
