The Quality Assurance in Studies and Teaching department is looking for a scientific employee to plan, conduct, and further develop the evaluation of teaching in various degree programs at Charité, starting on October 1, 2023.

The main tasks include conceptual design, coordination, and implementation of internal evaluation instruments.

In this context, the department works closely with other departments of the Dean's Office, faculty committees, students, teachers, and program coordinators.

Position Overview

You can expect challenging tasks in a demanding and dynamic work environment.

Planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating quantitative and qualitative evaluations
Supporting and guiding program coordinators in interpreting evaluation results
Documenting and creating reports, as well as regularly reporting to the involved
