    We are seeking a talented Rental Agent to join our thriving team The ideal candidate for this position will enjoy fast-paced work, show creativity, and have a high degree of professionalism when working with our residents. The Rental Agent is responsible for creating and maintaining successful relationships with landlords and closing rental inquiries efficiently.

    Compensation:

    $40,000 - $60,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • Verify all rental applications and personal references are true and accurate
    • Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts
    • Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal
    • Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations
    • Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing
    Qualifications:
    • Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
    • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written
    • A proven record of sales experience and success
    • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher
