- Collaborate with general contractors and vendors in order to complete projects on time and within budget requirements
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, change orders, and project reports, while ensuring accuracy
- Review new site plans including civil, architectural, engineering, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and more
- Survey existing locations and prepare scope of work including necessary inspections
- Prepare plans for remodels of existing buildings to be converted to Club Car Wash locations
- Carefully store and file all all important materials
- Communicate effectively with Club Car Wash leadership, construction teams, and regulatory authorities to provide updates or address concerns
- 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Experience with title companies, deeds, surveys, and underwriting preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time within the construction industry
- Proficient in Procore, Autodesk, or other construction management software
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, problem solving, and time management
- Ability to work cross functionally with other departments
