As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and within budgetProject Planning:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
Team Leadership:
Manage and motivate project teams, including technicians, subcontractors, and support staff. Facilitate effective communication and cooperation among team members to achieve project goals.
Budget Management:
Monitor project expenses, track costs, and ensure adherence to the budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain high-quality standards for project deliverables and services. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide regular updates on project progress. Generate comprehensive project status reports and present them to senior management. Keep stakeholders informed about project performance, challenges, and achievements.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
~ Proven experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC, construction, or related industry.
~ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
~ Strong leadership and team management abilities.
~ Proficient in project management software and tools.
~ Knowledge of HVAC systems and industry practices is a plus.
