- Candidate must have a strong blueprint and electrical schematics they will use this on a daily basis Candidate will have to replace and or repair various motors including but not limited to AC/CD and single and three phase motors Candidates will be responsible for electrical repairs and troubleshooting, must be familiar working with voltage up to 480V Candidate will be responsible for PM on all machines and equipment Candidate will be responsible for full tear downs and rebuilds Candidate will be responsible for working with and repairing both pneumatics and hydraulics Candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting PLC's

Description:This is for a 3rd shift position
(11pm - 7am).Candidates will be responsible for repairing and maintaining the electrical systems for all of production. They will modify new and existing equipment for performance improvements and upgrades. Candidates will work with 110, 220, and 440 volt systems, AC/DC Drives, high and low voltage controls. They will be required to troubleshoot electrical problems to the component level. They have Allen Bradley PLC's in the facility that they are required to troubleshoot, they will not program as they are all set.
Candidates should also be comfortable with monitoring gauges and pressures from the chemical process to ensure things are flowing accurately, they will also have to fix conveyors, rollers, and other mechanical parts.
A lot of their equipment is ran by pneumatics and some hydraulics.+ Candidates will also have to have mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.+ Gear replacements/adjustments, and other errors like that.
