Job Description:
As a security employee, your main responsibilities will include greeting and controlling access at a residential facility. You will ensure that no unauthorized persons are present on the premises. Conducting patrols, rounds, and lock-up procedures will also be part of your daily tasks.

In case of any issues, you will be the first point of contact for the residents and will handle situations professionally and courteously.

Overall, you will maintain order and ensure the safety of the residents in the building. The willingness to work both day and night shifts is required.

Qualifications:

Certificate of competence according to 34a GewO
First aid training
Fire protection training
Clean extended police clearance certificate
Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
Willingness to work in shifts
Serviceoriented thinking and acting

Additional Information:

Salary according to collective agreement + additional pay for night and weekend shifts
26 days of vacation
Fulltime or parttime employment possible
Immediate employment if suitable
Deployment will be as close to your place
