Responsibilities
As a Data Scientist at Lufthansa Cargo AG, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Analyzing data and preparing it using common data science tools
Developing and operationalizing algorithms for predicting customer behavior, market trends, or booking forecasts
Conceptualizing models for complex systems and implementing them in automated decisionmaking processes
Advising departments on all aspects of data analysis and creating predictive models to unlock new business potential
Working in an agile environment on projects from various business areas of Lufthansa Cargo AG

Requirements

You enjoy working as a team player in an agile environment and have a strong interest in new methods and technologies.

In addition, please check the following requirements:

Successfully completed university degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field
Several years of professional experience in the field of Data Science, Predictive Analytics, Decision Support, or Data Mining methods
Experience in quantitative data analysis and visualizing insights
Advanced knowledge in Machine Learning, particularly in regularly optimizing, validating, and operationalizing models
Proficiency in established data science tools and languages, such as Python,
