Full-time | permanent | immediate start


To strengthen our team in Hamburg, we are currently seeking a lawyer (m/f/d) for the area of restructuring consulting and insolvency administration.


Your responsibilities:


  • With increasing levels of responsibility, you will be involved in exciting consulting mandates and ongoing insolvency administration in our restructuring consulting and insolvency administration department
  • You will work directly with our clients to find solutions for companies in crisis and, if necessary, assist with filing for insolvency
  • In insolvency proceedings, you will support our insolvency administrators with legal questions as well as commercial and operational tasks related to business continuation
  • In the long term, you will expand your expertise in insolvency administration and contract drafting, particularly in the area of company sales

Your profile:


  • Aboveaverage legal qualifications
  • At least two years of professional experience in insolvency administration and/or restructuring consulting
  • Strong understanding of economic relationships
  • Convincing presence and pragmatic approach
  • Ideally, fluent English skills
  • Curiosity for people and the diverse topics of a multidisciplinary law firm
