Corporate Law team in
FRANKFURT, we are currently looking for
trainees (m/f/d) for legal and/or elective traineeships as well as
research assistants (m/f/d).


Are you looking for an international work environment and interested in gaining insights into the fields of corporate law/M&A? In the Corporate department, we advise both German and international clients on acquisitions and sales, as well as related legal issues, including restructurings, carve-outs, and other corporate measures.

The team advises private equity investors in all phases of the investment cycle, from the acquisition of the target company to the exit, as well as on management participations.

It has particular expertise in the chemical, medical technology, and automotive industries.

In addition, the team has extensive experience in the field of renewable energies and advises the Resources & Infrastructure team on corporate law aspects.


YOUR PROFILE:

Ideally, you have already gained experience in a larger law firm. Your first state examination demonstrates your successfully acquired legal knowledge. Good English skills complete your excellent foundation for actively participating in daily client work.
