The
Department 9.1 (Study Program and Capacity Affairs) of the Department of Study, Teaching, and Planning of the University Administration is seeking a
part-time (50%)
employee with a higher education degree for the area of examination affairs to start as soon as possible, on a
fixed-term contract until
June 30, 2026.


The Department 9 Study, Teaching, and Planning is responsible for the central administration of the study and teaching area, as well as for structural planning at the University of Bonn.

The responsibilities of Department 9.1 include capacity, study program, and structural affairs, as well as examination affairs.


Your tasks:

  • Legal examination of examination regulations for Bachelor's and Master's programs, as well as for state examination programs, including advising departments/faculties
  • Design and further development of model examination regulations
  • Advising and supporting faculties/examination authorities in examination matters
  • Supporting faculties/examination authorities in objection procedures
  • Participation in working groups/projects
