Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the restoration services market.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, prospecting, and lead generation.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our restoration services.
- Provide timely and effective communication to clients regarding project updates, timelines, and any relevant information.
Sales Presentations:
- Conduct compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our restoration services and value proposition.
- Clearly articulate the benefits of our services and address client concerns to secure new business.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and suggest adjustments to the sales strategy as needed.
Tracking:
- track activity in company CRM, maintain sales sequence etc.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the restoration or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of restoration processes and services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in restoration sales or commercial restoration sales is highly desirable.

Pay:
$50, $80,000.00 per year
