Restoration Sales Representative


Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the restoration services market.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, prospecting, and lead generation.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our restoration services.
  • Provide timely and effective communication to clients regarding project updates, timelines, and any relevant information.

Sales Presentations:

  • Conduct compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our restoration services and value proposition.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of our services and address client concerns to secure new business.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and suggest adjustments to the sales strategy as needed.

Tracking:
- track activity in company CRM, maintain sales sequence etc.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the restoration or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of restoration processes and services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in restoration sales or commercial restoration sales is highly desirable.

Pay:
$50, $80,000.00 per year
