    At Oasis Vape, we take pride in providing top-quality products to our customers. As a part of our warehouse procurement team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining a well-organized warehouse.

    Position Summary: As a Warehouse Associate at Oasis Vape, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for accurately receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products to our retail stores. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips or invoices, and accurately record received quantities.
    2. Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse, ensuring proper storage and efficient space utilization.
    3. Pick products from shelves or bins according to picking lists, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    4. Pack orders securely and appropriately for shipping, following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
    5. Prepare shipping labels, documents, and other necessary paperwork for outgoing shipments.
    6. Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
    7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of packaging materials.
    8. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
    9. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in warehouse operations or a similar role is preferred.
    • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
    • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks such as counting, sorting, and recording inventory.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or evenings as needed to meet business demands.
    • Ability to be punctual and arrive to all scheduled shift on time.
