    Description

    p Summary:

    The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for ensuring that the company receives payment for goods and services offered to clients in a growth environment.

    Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.

    Draft correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent accountholders to request payment.

    Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested. Collaborates with the team to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic basis.
    Assists in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger. Assists Manager in reconciling revenue accounts each month.
    Copies, files, and retrieves materials for accounts receivable as needed. Relays changes of information to appropriate employees

    Properly follow all company policies and procedures for a safe working environment, report any problems to the supervisor or Human Resources.

    Perform any other tasks and duties as requested, directed, or assigned to support and improve the overall team operations.

    Experience with Quick Books, MS Office, or related accounting software.
    Must be able to adhere to and enforce A/R policies and procedures.
    Must be able to adhere to and enforce A/R policies and procedures.
    Area Travel may be Required.
