Description

The Schwarz Real Estate Service combines all real estate services for the administrative locations of the companies within the Schwarz Group under one roof. They secure property acquisitions and take care of building rights. The individual areas of responsibility are available as contact persons for all real estate matters both internally and externally.

Your Responsibilities

Identification of projects for increasing energy efficiency in administrative and special properties
Comprehensive creation of efficiency and economic evaluations
Independent implementation of projects in the field of energy
Technical and organizational coordination of internal and external project partners
Support in the planning phase of construction projects regarding energy efficiency concepts and renewable energies

Your Profile

Technical qualification in the field of energy or building technology or a successfully completed technical degree in a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in the field of energy or building technology and experience in project management
High commitment, assertiveness and flexibility
Independent, team-oriented and structured way of working as well as strong analytical and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
Ideally, first experience with SAP
