    Position Summary:

    A clinical spa assistant supports healthcare professionals and estheticians, in delivering clinical treatments and services to clients. The position involves a combination of administrative and hands-on tasks related to skincare and wellness. As social media coordinator you'll be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating compelling content, and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.


    Responsibilities & Duties:

    Clinical Assistant

    • Responsible for intaking clients, which includes, ensuring all consents are signed and client photos are taken and maintaining accurate consents and treatment records
    • Maintain accurate patient records, including updating medical history and ensuring confidentiality of patient information
    • Responsible for ensuring that the SOAP notes are completed for each client and follows up with estheticians when SOAP notes are not completed
    • Enters and maintains client data from RX Photo to MindBody
    • Assists estheticians in room turnover
    • Assists with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, managing patient inquiries and answering phones and emails. Greet and assist clients in a professional courteous manner
    • Concierge for client's special needs
    • Responsible for data entry â€" when answering calls. Scheduling and managing appointments
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure coordinated patient care and effective communication

    Experience & Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in a dermatological and or cosmetics office
    • Proficiency in salon booking software
    • HS diploma or equivalent

    Additional Requirements:

    • Familiarity with spa services and an understanding of beauty and wellness concepts
    • Strong organizational multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
