Lead Clinical Assistant Bilingual Hoboken
Pediatric Multispec Outreach

The Lead Clinical Assistant Bilingual Hoboken will:

  • Be responsible for data entry and office administrative and clerical functions; responsible for promoting an orderly workflow within the Practice.
  • In accordance with professional practice standards, skillfully administer patient care based on individualized needs of assigned patients and families, including but not limited to agespecific care throughout the life span.
  • Assist the Clinical Supervisor in coordinating and leading those employees involved in the physician practice at Hoboken serves as a resource person in the resolution of workrelated problems.
  • Work requires a comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures and operations in order to assume administrative details such as answering questions from callers and visitors.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in medical practice, fluent with medical terminology and data entry in healthcare.
  • Successful completion of Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant training.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Schedule:
Full Time, Mon-Friday
