Position Description:

As a (Junior) Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the complete recruiting process for a specific business area.

You will work closely with hiring managers to develop and implement successful sourcing and recruiting strategies.
The position is located in Sulzbach (Taunus). A combination of working in the office and remotely is possible.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Your tasks include:
Coaching and advising hiring managers on target markets and suitable recruiting measures, depending on the candidate profile to be filled
Directly approaching potential candidates on social networks, internet portals, and databases
Conducting candidate preselection through initial telephone interviews
Candidate management using our CGIwide recruiting database
Creating employment contracts and consulting with employee representative bodies
Conducting recruiting projects and supporting the Talent Acquisition Lead in processoriented improvement measures

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

You have initial professional experience in recruiting/sourcing skilled workers at an (IT) consulting company, as an in-house recruiter, or at a personnel consulting firm.
Your competencies include:
Good knowledge of the candidate market (
